Paint Shop Pro XII.

The nearest this to Adobe Photoshop at a tenth or less of the price. Very powerful, However it is slow and needs lots of memory. There isn’t much it can’t do. It’s RAW support is poor. Owned by Corel who don’t listen to users and only want to make money without development. However worth the money.

Photoplus X3. Not as powerful as PSP but catching up. It’s faster and has better RAW support than PSP. However it still has a way to catch up. Easy to use with lots of filters. Intergrates with WEBPLUS X2.

Not strictly Photo software but it’s what I used to create this web site and it’s easy to use and powerful enough for me. Apart from the Graphic Gallery's with I use Jalbum below
